As the Lieutenant approached me he came directly towards me which in turn my service dog sniffed his front knowing that I was suffering a serious anxiety attack. I asked for a manager and the security Lieutenant responded. The security then violated ADA law asking me what disability I had and why I need one. I politely explained that she was a service dog and certified under ADA. The security guard at the front door immediately said I couldn’t bring a dog in. I was refused entrance today at the front door with my service dog. I would not recommend this casino to anyone, especially not those people with any kind of disability. This Casino obviously does not care at all about good customer service or treating there patrons with decency or dignity. I also posted a remark on there Facebook with no response either. I decided to write a letter to Valley View about this situation and after four days have still received no response. Very shortly after this incident we left feeling very dissapointed, demeaned, and humiliated. The manager said flatly no and that his high profile guests would not see any difference if we were moved. He was using a chair at our table to elevate his ankle when a member of management approached us and said 'Sir you must remove your leg from the chair, I have had complaints from my High Profile guests that don't like it.' My husband told the manager that he understood that he had to address any complaints, and went on to ask if we could be seated in a different section that would not bother his customers.

My husband suffers from severe arthritis and neuropathy in his left ankle and foot due to a severe break. My husband and I recently went to Valley View Casino for my birthday. You will be annoyed by the filth, the crowdedness, the inability to eat quickly, and the lack of payouts. To sum it up, this place is just a hassle. Also, the Buffet and the Cafe are pretty good too. The only positive thing about this casino is Black and Blue. Example: 1 night per month here vs 4 nights per week down the street.

Also, they always tack on a mandatory tip (which highlights their demographic).Ĥ. You will usually have to wait a very long time (1 hour) for everything except for Black and Blue. And people drive recklessly in their tightly packed garage.Ģ. I'll be honest, I don't understand the popularity of this casino at all.ġ.
